Phase 2B Parent Volunteer Scheme

Pioneer Primary School Phase 2B Registration
Under the Parent Volunteer Scheme, a child will be eligible to register in Phase 2B (opens in new tab) of the Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, if he/she meets the following criteria:
Child is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Parent(s) has joined the school as a parent volunteer (PV) not later than 1 July of the year before P1 registration; and
Parent(s) has contributed at least 40 hours of voluntary service to the school within the PV service period (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027).
Note: Being accepted as a parent volunteer does not guarantee that the child will be admitted into Pioneer Primary School. Balloting will be conducted if the number of qualifying applicants in Phase 2B exceeds the vacancies available.
